    ILUMHOUSE is a Latvia-based company


    with more than 10 years of experience in
    construction, which produces high-quality
    and energy-efficient wood frame houses.

    We offer modern and functional designs,


    fully finished houses, and the possibility to
    modify all projects to your requirements.
    OWN PRODUCTION

    All projects are fully built in our own


    production in Latvia and after transported
    to different parts of the world as ready-to-
    move-in homes or in panels, with an option
    to assemble houses on site.

    Our main mission is to build houses “as for ourselves”


    because this is the guarantee of quality, reliability, and
    special attention to detail. We aim to make people's life
    more comfortable and greener.

    The ILUMHOUSE team has accumulated experience and


    knowledge to create a product that will meet all quality
    standards and customer requests.

    Our main niche are functional and modern tiny houses, but we
    also produce larger houses (up to 100 sq.m.) and individual
    projects, that are suitable for absolutely each season and any
    region.

    We offer a ready-made house according to a standard project in


    2-8 months - from approval to final installation.

    Any of standard projects can be adjusted to your specific


    requirements, wishes and needs. We can:

    + enlarge any of our standard projects;


    + change finishing materials;
    + add an extra room / rooms;
    + change the layout;
    + add extra insulation;

    All of IlumHouse projects are made from high quality spruce and
    pine. We choose wood, because this is a material proved by
    thousands of years and you can be sure that our houses will last
    for centuries.
    We use powerful bars and reliable joints, we do not save on
    materials, we vouch for our work and provide a guarantee. A
    patented key compound is used during assembly. It
    simultaneously provides excellent rigidity and flexibility and is
    even able to withstand an earthquake or hurricane.
    READY HOUSES
    The construction process adheres to high standards of seismic
    resistance and fire safety, making the house suitable for any region.
    One of the greatest advantages of our houses is that they can be:
