30 Inspect bucket elevator belt, buckets. v
40 Measure the belt shore hardness according to sketch from Point # 1 to 3 v
50 Inspect the Steel Cord joint. v Comments
60 Inspect the casing regarding cleaning v
70 Measure the radial internal clearance for tail end bearing v
80 Inspect the discharge plate gap under 10mm. v
90 Inspect the bucket elevator pit condition. v
100 Inspect and restore. v
110 Take action accordingly, if measured values reaches to alarm or action value. v
