    How to Become CSC E Mobility Sales Agents

    1. VLE will have to send interest on our Portal and through Mail.
    2. CSC SPV will revert on the approval of the Agent Ship in the said location.
    3. VLE will have to pay Rs. 5,000/- Non Refundable Registration Fees (Incl. GST) for
    e Bike Agent ship and Rs. 10,000/- Non Refundable Registration Fees (Incl. GST).
    4. Registration is Valid for One Year only, renew will be informed further with
    Discount.
    5. Registered VLEs will get CSC E Mobility Sales Agent unique Code (EMSA CODE)
    through which they will be doing the business and generating the Sales of E
    mobility.

    Commission Terms for the Scheme

    1. Commission will be transferred on a Monthly Basis, total earned commission will


    be transferred to the registered Bank Account of VLEs.
    2. VLE will have to sell at least 2 E Bike or 2 E-Rikshaw per month so that to get the
    optimum benefits of the scheme.
    3. No Claim of fixed commission is allowed to VLEs, the commission fixed by CSC SPV
    will be final.
    4. Commission paid by CSC SPV will be transferred aft er deduction of necessary TDS
    or GST as applicable.
    5. Buying the scheme do not confirm commission will be paid to VLEs they need to
    generate Sale for the Commission.
    STRUCTUR

    • CSC SPV will raise e Agent Code for them and give them unique code linked with
    their Bank Account.
    • Agents are verified by CSC SPV, Area where Sub Dealers are already present CSC
    SPV will not approve the Sales E Agent ship.
    • They will direct their End Leads to our Portal and Commission will be transferred
    in their Account on monthly Basis subjected to sales generated through them.
    • Agents do not have any claim or legal liability on the Margins CSC SPV may
    increase or Decrease the Margin for the Sales Agents as per the Demand and
    Requirements.
    • All the E Bikes and E Rikshaw after sales services will be provided by OEMs or their
    Dealers.
    STRUCTUR
    E
     E-Bike 2 Models/Month totalling to 24, so for example if NYX ER sale is generated irrespective
    of other model may or may not sale he will get Rs. 32,910/- (5,000/- + 27,910/-).
     E-Rickshaw 2 Models/Month totalling to 24, so in case VLE generate sales of Prince Model
    irrespective of other model may or may not sale he will get Rs. 69,120/- (10000/- + 59,120/-)
     If they can sale different models in the scheme commission will increase as per the maximum
    units sold VLEs can become Lakhpati by generating the Scheme.
     Non-Refundable registration Fees (Incl. of GST) will charged from the Interested VLEs they will
    become CSC E Sales Agent and this will create New Avenues for them.
     VLE will get Fixed commissions as per the detailed sheet shared with them. They will not be
    the owner of any vehicle.
    EARNINGS

     VLEs will get 30% standard commission on amount fixed by CSC SPV.
     VLEs will not take any amount in cash or kind from the End Customers who so ever
    wanted to buy E bike through them.
     All sorts of Services or any other issues will be resolved by the OEM Dealers.
     Sales Agent will not take any benefit in cash or kind from the OEM Dealers if they
    found doing so they will be blacklisted from the CSC SPV Channel.
     All type of Marketing Material and Advertisement Material will be provided to
    Sales Agent by CSC SPV.
     All Schemes and Benefits related to Festivals or special occasion will be pass on to
    Sales Agents.
