(We are about
to begin our
program in a Ladies and gentlemen, distinguished guests, esteemed educators, and our
minute or two. talented students, welcome to the Personal Development Night 2024!
May we
request We are gathered here to celebrate not only academic achievements but
everyone to go also the growth, talent, and individuality of our students here at Polo
to their National High School. Tonight is a special night for we are given another
respective chance to gather and celebrate the amazing progress and achievements
seats) of our students in the Personality Development course.

Indeed, partner! I am pretty sure that these lads and lasses are very excited
for the things that are about to happen later.

Yes, partner. This event is a culmination of their hard work, dedication, and
passion in developing their social skills, building their confidence, and
showcasing their talents.

ENTRANCE OF And, just like prom, tonight is a night to remember as we honor our students'
PARTICIPANTS, growth and development. They have been preparing for this night for
CANDIDATES, weeks, and we are excited to see them shine on stage.
PRINCIPAL,
FOCAL So, without further ado, let us witness the grandiose entrance of our
PERSON, HEAD participants who have graced us with their presence tonight. Let’s welcome
TEACHERS, and them with a big round of applause.

Let us feast our eyes on our beautiful and handsome candidates for Mr. and
Ms. PerDev 2024!

And now, let us make way for our dynamic and revered school principal,
Mr. Eddie A. Alarte along with our humble and dedicated master teachers,
Dr. Deody S. Fabroa, Dr. Benjamin A. Dillena and Mrs. Lerine S. Estrella.

Next in line are Mrs. Emily O. Dime, monitoring head for SHS and Mrs. Lerma
Delos Santos, Adopt A School Coordinator.

followed by our dedicated SHS teachers who have played a crucial role in
shaping the remarkable individuals we see before us.

Once again, good afternoon, everyone! Tonight, we will witness our


students' exceptional talents as they perform, showcase their creativity, and
share their experiences. It's an opportunity for them to show their
confidence, express their unique personality, and develop their
interpersonal skills.

So, sit back, relax, and get ready to be impressed by our students'
outstanding talents and achievements. Let's give them a round of applause
and celebrate PerDev Night 2023!
PRAYER &
NATIONALISTIC To set the tone for the evening, may we request everyone to rise for the
SONG opening prayer and nationalistic song through a captivating audio-visual
presentation.

Now, to formally open the night, we are honored to have with us our
OPENING beloved school principal, Dr. Eddie A. Alarte, to deliver his welcoming
ADDRESS remarks. Let’s give him a round of applause.

INTERMISSION
NUMBER Moving on to the heart of the event, we will be introduced to the
outstanding candidates. But before we proceed, let's take a break with an
Intermission Number by a talented Band Group comprising selected 11-HE
and ICT students.

OF JUDGES Before we proceed to our most awaited competition, we are honored to
present the esteemed panel of judges who will play an important role in
determining the winners across various segments and categories. Their
expertise, discernment, and commitment to fairness make them an
invaluable part of this event. Let's introduce the distinguished individuals

As much our judges would undertake the difficult task of deliberating who
will take the crown tonight, they will be guided by a set of criteria which our
organizers believe the winning candidate should embody. With that, we
can truly say that our winner for tonight would surely embody the identity of
a true Mr. & Ms PerDev 2024.

Again, our candidates will be judged for each category and one stunning
candidate will be given an award for each segment. We have Mr. and Ms.
Photogenic which is done through online voting.

NUMBER While our candidates are getting ready for their next exposure, let us call
the selected dancers from Grade 11-ABM to give us an intermission

Do you want more? Alright! At this juncture, another intermission number will
INTERMISSION be given to us. Let us call Ms. Darlene Mora to sing us a beautiful rendition

You can never really tell, partner These candidates really possess the
bearing and poise of a true model.

Before we proceed to the next part of our program, we would want to thank
our students, our Senior High School teachers, their families, and the school
community for their unwavering support and encouragement. Without
them, this night wouldn't be possible.

INTERMISSION And to give us another short break for tonight, let us all welcome onstage
NUMBER with a round of applause, Ms. Ian Rio Gumayagay form Grade 11-HUMSS B.

Thank you, Rio for letting us hear your angelic voice.

At this moment, let us proceed to the next part of our program. I know you
will be impressed when you get to see them.

COMPETITION Ladies and gentlemen let’s witness how our 20 candidates showcase their
fashion flair as they walk on their office attire. Let’s give them a warm round
of applause!

Ladies and gentlemen, get ready to be captivated by the mesmerizing
tunes of the selected students of STEM/ICT/ABM. Let’s give up for (Band

Coming up next, we have a special treat for you. Brace yourselves for a
harmonious performance as their voices unite in song. Let’s give it up to the
captivating musical prowess of 11-HUMSS A trio.

Now, get ready for a moment of elegance as our candidates showcase

But before we proceed to the awarding of special awards, we will be


entertained by another intermission number from Addie of Polo National
High School-----none other than Mr. Kim Matthew Vergara who will
serenade us with his soulful voice. A big hand please!
Are you ready for this? Looks like they are more than ready, the crowd
looks very excited.

We are almost approaching the peak of our program and we are nearing
the part where we get to know who is going to be the new Mr. and Ms.
PerDev 2024.

Looking at our stunning candidates here, I’d say it will a definitely be a


tough night for them.

I would definitely agree!

I am really feeling that this pageant’s getting tougher and tougher as our
candidates are getting closer to the moment they are waiting for.

Let us not prolong the agony of waiting…

REMARKS And this brings our ceremony to an end. It has been a truly wonderful day
