    1. Dashen Bank would like to invite all eligible and interested bidders for procurement of the under listed items and

    2. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via
    https://extratenders.net and https://dashen.afrotender.com/or afrotender.com to access the bidding document by
    having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 200.00 (Birr Two Hundred only) for each lot starting from January 29, 2024.

    3. Copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate is required while submitting the bid
    document.

    4. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL proposals in separate envelopes for each lots with
    duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the
    bidding document.

    5. Bid must be accompanied a bid bond above specified amount in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank
    Guarantee or cashier’s payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of offer. At the same time the
    bid validity shall be 90 days.

    6. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on: February 13, 2024 up to 5:00 PM
    Afternoon.

    7. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s or their legal representative at the avenue of Dashen Bank, 7th
    floor Supply Chain Management Department, meeting hall as per the following schedule February 14, 2024 at 2:00 PM
    Afternoon.

    8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 2 to 5 shall result in automatic rejection.

    9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
