This week’s jobs


A We are a popular restaurant in the countryside, looking for an assistant chef. We have tourists coming from all
around the world to try our delicious, local food. We are just a 30-minute bus ride from the city centre.

B We are looking for helpers at our centre for elderly people in our town. Must be kind and good with people.
No experience necessary, but we would like to offer something different and new, so musicians and artists are
welcome!

C The local tourist office is looking for a part-time tour guide for the old historical town centre. Must be able to
speak two foreign languages. Some knowledge of the local attractions preferable.

D Assistants needed for the café in our new social centre for older people. No experience needed, as you will help
make simple snacks like sandwiches, and help clean the kitchen.

E Help needed at local restaurant, right in the heart of the city! Are you good with people? Do you want to learn
how we prepare our delicious food? We are looking for someone who loves food to help with our international team
of chefs.

F Healthy body, healthy mind. That’s what we hope to give clients at our newly opened gym. We need experienced
trainers to offer advice and support. Our gym has all the latest equipment which our trainers can use for free.

G Assistant teacher needed for busy school. We need someone to help take the children to the local gym
for sports lessons twice a week. Should have some skills in art, and in music. Must have a sense of fun and
excitement!

H We are looking for someone who is good with children, and would like to be a guide in our interactive technology
museum. Knowledge of more than one language is useful, as we have school parties arriving from around the
world.
