 Develop and implement marketing / sales / business development plans and strategies by identifying and
analyzing opportunities with the account
 Review, revise and approve account plans, risk mitigation plans, business requirements, and project budgets
to ensure successful implementation and completion of the programs.

 Review and approve program evaluations, results of health checks and audits to determine project’s
profitability and to ensure business benefits within timeframe and budget
 Monitor and maintain existing accounts and build new customer relationships. Conduct strategic account
planning for business development, growth and delivery of value-added programs. Manage contract and
pricing negotiations.
 Review, evaluate and approve proposals, pre-sales materials, work packages and statement of work to ensure
consistency with sales and financial goals.
 Manage day-to-day activities and assign tasks to direct subordinates (managerial and supervisory employees)
to ensure proper applications of the company’s methodologies and framework to the projects.

PROPOSED ROLE : Beneficiary’s future assignments is to represent Tech Mahindra (Americas) Inc., Job Title for XXX
Business Unit. He is responsible for managing various critical IT program/Projects for major Tech Mahindra clients
such as CLIENT NAME; CLIENT NAME. He in charge of account and relationship management, business
development, resources management and quality assurance management. He will map crucial client accounts and
work with service delivery teams to define client requirements and affect delivery as per time and cost schedules
and to ensure client objectives are met. His role is highly critical in ensuring both resources as well as the projects
result in successful outcome within the prescribed timelines.

He is in charge of meeting revenue targets for Tech Mahindra by maintaining the stability of existing business
relationships with the clients and overseeing its future growth. He is the main point of contact for Tech Mahindra
XXX, XXX clients and represents the business users. Beneficiary is responsible for managing an annual revenue of
$25 million for Tech Mahindra.

 Work with key customer stakeholders to understand business needs.
Develop and lead roadmap discussions with client and suggest IT solutions
as business-value enhancement drivers.
 Identify business development strategies. Respond to RFIs/RFPs and
manage pre-sales activities.
 Develop, implement and manage operational, financial and sales budgets
for various IT and consulting contracts.
 Forecast revenue, profitability, margins, billing rates and utilization; and
execute the business development plans after conferring with the client.
 Work with client’s executive level management to map IT capabilities to
business initiatives.
 Interact and coordinate with cross-functional teams for deployment and
resolution. Manage and resolve project escalations.
 Identify and implement cutting-edge industry practices for the business unit
to ensure the company’s practices stay ahead of curve.
 Manage escalations plan and channeling of pre-sales, competencies and
delivery teams to meet business solutions.
 Manage and supervise process improvement processes and implement
changes for cost effectiveness and timesaving solutions.
 Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure
expectations are met as per client’s satisfaction.
 Review and approve account plans. Develop and implement project
iteration plans, identify risks, and develop risk mitigation plans.
 Guide and oversee the delivery teams and SMEs in constantly exploring
further process improvements, automation and cost optimization.
 Analyze the account profitability, revenue, margins and utilization. Maintain
operational health of the business with respect to overall account, delivery
metrics and customer satisfaction index.
Business Development  Identify and execute new business development opportunities for Tech
activities Mahindra XXXX business unit.

 Provide direction on technology solutions, inter-dependencies and timeline

 Work with the Integrated Business Unit head in developing best practices
case studies and knowledge repositories.
 Maintain a healthy level of engagement between key stakeholders and Tech
Mahindra leadership team across multiple levels.
 Review the opportunity pipeline on a regular basis across various metrics.
 Estimate the effort, cost and risk of each proposal before presenting to the
customer.
 Ensure joint planning of the business needs and associate development for
the future requirements of clients’ businesses.
 Maintain strong relationships with partners/alliances within the region and
invest in innovative solutions with the partners to further strengthen
relationships and bring beneficial results for customers.
Resource Management  Manage the daily work activities of direct reportees and advise on
20% operational guidelines and direction.
 Keep the team abreast of company’s goals and client’s expectations and
changes.
 Conduct regular delivery and post-delivery reviews of the projects with the
team to discuss and resolve serious escalation issues.
 Capture accomplishments of team members and identify new opportunities

 Advise HR department of recommendations, promotions and title
elevations of all managerial and technical members of the team. Suggest
salary increase based on the staff’s performance.
 Detail out each project deliverable vs. a team’s target completion;
determine staffing needs; make hiring decisions, and subsequently assign
them to projects.
 Identify and implement staff training and advice on training sessions and
work on staffing the programs with required project managers, project
leads and team member in the account.
 Assess employee grievances and seek resolution from relevant
departments.
Quality Assurance  Implement company policies, rules and procedures regarding quality of
Management deliveries.

The beneficiary will not be considered employee of the client for any purpose whatsoever,
and Tech Mahindra shall have sole responsibility for their supervision and management. The beneficiary will be
paid by Tech Mahindra (Americas) Inc. As the employer, Tech Mahindra (Americas) Inc will be responsible for
paying, hiring, employment related taxes and benefits, firing, supervising, and controlling the beneficiary. Tech
Mahindra (Americas) Inc has the right to control over the work of the beneficiary.
