    Background and Aim of Project


    Inter-professional Education and Collaborative Practice (IE&CP) is an innovative strategy that
    will play an important role in mitigating the global health workforce crisis. 1 The thoughts are not
    new and have 40 years history and go for overcoming difficult healthcare and medical services
    by understanding each other and collaboration. Collaborative practice by multiple professional
    providers is expected to expand to all healthcare facilities.
    Aim of project is to learn concepts of IE&CP, especially focusing on CP and to apply them to
    own practice on health in Indonesia and Japan, for better outcome to the patients
