Dear Sir,
My name is (họ và tên) and I have been a student of your English center for 2 months.
I am writing this email to express my feelings and opinions concerning the English
course that I registered for. In addition, I would like to sincerely thank everyone in the
center for their efforts and sacrifices on our behalf.
I enrolled in the English course and I had a great time and experience with your
wonderful center. However, I sincerely apologize since I will not be able to continue
to take this course. To be honest, I am very down in the dumps but I am struggling to
schedule my time.
For a more detailed explanation, I would like to present the reasons for this situation. I
have papers to complete as we are about to start a new school semester. Therefore, I
have to fully commit to hitting the books at the university as it will be essential for my
future career. In the near future, I would like to enroll in another course at your center.
From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank you for your great assistance. May
your center continue to be successful in the future.
Best regards,
(họ và tên).
