Since SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement can also be sold via Partner Managed Cloud (PMC) agreements, the required authorization for this
is the Run Cloud Authorization.

Authorizations are achieved when the required numbers of employees in your organization pass mandatory
sales, presales, and in some cases solution consultant certifications and web assessments for the product
groups your organization sells.
▪ Employees taking web assessments must have an S-user id (Portal User ID), relevant role assigned and be a Sell partner
in your company profile in the Manage My Partnership application.
▪ Web assessment replication in Manage My Partnership can take up to 48 hours. After this time if your assessments are
still not visible, please contact partner@sap.com.
▪ To find out what assessments you have already passed, go to your Partner Profile in the MMP or click on the web
assessment directly. If you get a pass notification you do not need to take this assessment again for another product
group or role. If you see the welcome screen you have not passed the web assessment and need to complete it.
