SUNDARBANS: The only mangrove tiger forest in the world! It is a surreal experience to see tigers swim island after island in search of
prey or covering their territory in this end of Bay of Bengal. Sundarbans National Park covers part of India and Bangladesh. It is a
huge mangrove forest!
Over the years with better conservation and heightened interest by wildlife lovers, the reporting of recent sightings has really picked
up! In a short trip of 5-6 days, one can really get to see and photograph many mammals, reptiles and birds in this mangrove forest!
The saying of "maneater tiger of Sundarbans" generally was term used when there was less prey available! With conservation,
breeding and release of prey, such incidents have reduced in number.
This safari is unusual as it requires the guests to sit in a large boat and be ferried around the islands in search of the elusive tiger and
