The Reaction of Iron Nails with a Copper Solution Essay
Section Assignment 3.4 Part F The Reaction of Iron Nails with a Copper Solution
Introduction:
The experiment in this activity involves the reaction between a copper (II) chloride
solution with iron nails and the mole ratios involved in the reaction. Measurements are
taken to determine the moles of each reactant involved in the reaction and thus the
number of atoms or molecules involved.
Apparatus and Materials:
Refer to the reaction of iron nails with a copper solution assignment in Module 3, Section
assignment 3.4 Part F of the Chemistry 11 course.
I was unable to do this experiment because I do not have access to an appropriate facility
that is designed for chemistry experiments, appropriate safety equipment, or a qualified ...

3) Determine the mass of the nails after they are completely dry. * Step G: 1) Separate
the solid from the liquid in the beaker by decanting the liquid. Ask your instructor to
demonstrate the correct procedure. 2) Rinse the solid with about 30 mL of distilled
water and decant the liquid from the solid. It is critical that as little solid as possible is
lost during this process. Repeat the rinsing two or three times. * Step H: 1) Pour 25 mL
of the 1 M hydrochloric acid into the beaker and rinse the solid by swirling the acid
around in the bottom of the beaker.
Caution Hydrochloric acid is corrosive to eyes, skin and clothes. Wearing a lab apron,
rubber gloves, goggles, and a face shield is essential. Rinse any spills on skin or
clothing with plenty of cold water. Clean up spills immediately ask your instructor for
help.

2) Decant the hydrochloric acid from the solid and then again rinse with 30 mL of
distilled water and decant. Be careful not to lose any of the solid. * Step I: 1) Allow
the copper in the beaker to dry at low temperature in a drying oven for at least one
hour. 2) Determine the mass of the beaker and the copper. 3) Repeat the drying process
just to be sure that the copper is completely dry, and again determine the mass of the
copper and the beaker. 4) If the masses agree, stop. If the masses are more than 0.05
gram different, then repeat the drying process until there is
Teenage Delinquency
The way parents rear their children to be well law obeying individuals can be affected if
the parents are not using their authority figure in the correct manner. The way people
parent their children can have a correlating effect on that child having criminal
tendencies. When a parent is not emotional or physically present a child might turn to
delinquency because he/she has no authority figure that has shown them to be
responsible. Bad parentingcan be defined in multiple ways whether it be by neglecting the
child, physically abusing them, and by not disciplining the child appropriately etc. These
bad parenting tactics can be the cause of the youth delinquency.
The problem being targeting is whether the way parents raise their child has an impact
on the child being a delinquent. An individual s parents are the first type of authority
figures a child has and if the parents are not demonstrating respectable parenting skills or
requiring appropriate behavior from the child, the child has the possibility of rearing to
delinquency. This problem is significant because negative parenting skills increase the
risk of setting a child off on a delinquent path that starts in their early years and can
continue far into adulthood. This problem is also important because if bad parenting is
leading the youth to crime one can target the problem to prevent delinquency. It is thus
important for the parents to evaluate their parenting skills and find resources to better
their education and
Ethics And Legal Liabilities Culminate Together
We all have our own biases and values when it comes to ethics. However, in this case it
is interesting to see how ethics and legal liabilities culminate together, forcing a difficult
recommendation to provide the best solution. To better understand this case, I will first
look into the facts and ethical issues of presented within the material. Based on the
facts, I will then discuss multiple options for what to do and how these decisions will
effect all stakeholders involved. Finally, I will present based on my findings a
recommendation. After reading through the material, I have gathered the following facts.
Greg, your cousin has overheard his dad Jack, your uncle talking about moving revenues
onto 2016 financials. You are a CPA at the... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
However, this implies an ethical question on your part. How can you trust exactly
what Greg has overheard, possibly he misunderstood? Looking at the next fact, you
are a employee of the audit firm that audits Matrix. Ethically there is an issue of how
you treat your family members out side of work due to the nature of your work. You
must be responsible to not speak about business outside of the office with your uncle.
In fact, you should not be talking about the audit with your uncle at all, as you are no
on the engagement team or a partner. Also, you must disclose your relationship with
your uncle to the audit firm. The next fact that Greg does not want you to confront
your uncle because of their rocky relationship, this is one of the largest ethical
questions as all parties involved are family. To make the most ethical decision, I
believe would to be acting on the right side of the law. You must not treat this as the
biggest ethical problem within this case, yet it is hard because they are family.
However, it would be more unethical to break the law then try and be ethical by
protecting their fragile relationship. It is clear that all of the facts presented in this case
have their own respected ethical issues. I believe that each individual would treat their
importance differently based on their values. Next I will look at a few options, to carry
out in this situation. The first option that I will discuss is to confront your uncle Jack
about the situation,
Reasons For Choosing Dw Sports
My reason for choosing DW Sports is due to that fact that it is an award winning
Health club and Retail business across the whole of the UK Northern Ireland. DW
Sports also offers a variety of high class products and they are also in conjunction with
top brands like Adidas, Nike, Asics, New Balance, Under Armour, Canterbury and many
more. DW Sports is serious about becoming the UK s number 1 go to retailer for online
sporting goods.

My reason for selecting JD Sports is due to the fact that JD Sport has long been
established as the leading UK specialised multiple retailer of fashionable branded and
own brand sports and casual wear. The group now has over 400 stores and is continuing
to grow. Therefore I feel like both websites would be good to evaluate and in return get
ideas of ways to make my website a success when creating it.

I will start off by evaluating my first company website which is DW Sports. Firstly I
am going to talk about the colour scheme DW Sports have used. The overall colour
scheme of the website is red, white and black and these are the colours which are
present within the company logo. I personally feel like this was intentional to make
their website and their products easily identifiable as their own. I feel like the black
background was a good idea as the red compliments it and the writing is white and quite
large therefore it stands out and it is clear to read.

The overall layout of the whole website I feel is simple while professional looking.
Energy Of Architecture, Final Exam, Section 2
Energy in Architecture, Final Exam, Section 2, Responsive Essay.

Energy is understood as the driving forces to generate, maintain and evolve architecture.
Such driving forces exist in different scopes and scales. It is in the scope of technology
under the law of physics, being the integration of power input through the time in the
form such as energy provided by building service machinery for the environmental
comfort. It is also in the scope of economy, being the accumulated capital, a sort of
excessive energy in society which could be used for the development of the system, our
physical world, in the form of architecture. It is in the scale of a local and temporary
problem, such as the question of built or burn. It can also be found in a global scale, as a
thermodynamic balance formed through the rising and dropping of entropy in the live
generating and live continuing sequences. As an architect, it is important to be mindful of
all the possible issue of energy in the design process, and try to integrate the energy
concerns in the all the aspect of design, construction, maintaining and evolving.

The topic of the emergence of architecture could be the first concern of energy in the
design process of an architect. In a small scale and narrow definition of energy, when
designing one building at one location in a short period time, the major concerns of
energy in the emergence of architecture would be in the construction process and system,
which consume great amount of
President Obama s Opinion On Hiroshima Nagasaki Atomic...
1.The main argument of the opinion is the evils of the revenge mentality with respect to
Hiroshima Nagasaki atomic bombing. The opinion does not totally alienate Japan from
the build up to the atomic irradiation of 74,000 people. What the piece has to say about
the bombing in order words is that America should apologise for incinerating 74000
civilians and only 135 military personnel.
2.The immediate reason why the writer thinks it to be regrettable that America still
avoids the reality of Hiroshima and Nagasaki is that president Obama happens to be the
only American President to go to the Hiroshima and Nagasaki peace memorial. On the
other hand, the remote reason why the author sounds in a regrettable manner is as a
result of how Americans
Hawaii Coral Reef
Introduction

The purpose of this research is to apply the knowledge learned about the ecology of the
Hawaiian Coral Reef to a real life situation. The coral reef stretches over 1,000 miles in
the Pacific Ocean. In the Pacific Ocean, near the 124 islands of Hawaii, is the Hawaiian
Coral Reef, which covers nearly 1,200 miles. Out of all the coral reefs in the world, the
Hawaiian reef consists of 85% of all reefs. Coral Reefs are made of organisms, coral,
and limestone skeletons. 25% of organisms are not existent anywhere else in the world.
Abiotic factors are nonliving things, and abiotic factors of a coral reef are depth, light,

consumers are the top of the food chain, they are sharks and bigger fish. Predation is
