We, Reaam General Trading LLC represented by Ahmed Salih, acting as Buyer, on-behalf of the Government of
Malawi hereby confirm with full corporate & legal responsibility, that we are ready, willing and able to purchase
the below commodity as per the terms and conditions as mentioned below:
First Commodity:
Commodity: Urea N46 – Granular
Origin: Middle East, Europe or Caspian Sea
Quantity 45,000 Metric Tons Spot in Tranches
Target Price Per MT: Best Available CIF Price
Second Commodity:
Commodity: NPK 23:10:5 (As Per Attached Spec Sheet)
Origin: Middle East, Europe or Caspian Sea
Quantity 45,000 Metric Tons Spot in Tranches
Target Price Per MT: Best Available CIF Price
Contract Terms: Spot Order with Possibilities for Rolls & Extension for 12 Months Contract.
Loading Port: Any Port of Sellers Choice, with the Exception of Iran (for bank purposes).
Destination: Incoterms, CIF Beira Port of Mozambique.
Discharge Port: Beira Port of Mozambique, in transit to Blantyre, Malawi.
Shipment terms: Within 7 days from Acceptance of Banking Instrument at our bank
counters.Packing: 50 Kgs (Bags) in 1.5 Tons Jumbo Bag.
Inspection: Quality, Quantity, Weight by SGS at Seller's cost at loading port and
Buyer's cost at destination port.
Payment terms: Irrevocable Non-Transferable Documentary Letter of Credit.
Performance Bond: Seller shall issue a 2% performance bond to activate the Letter of Credit.

The given document provides the legal basis for the Seller’s transfer of these terms and parameters for
preparing of the FCO and draft contract and shall become an integral part of the future contract.
Kindly send your FCO (Full Corporate Offer), draft SPA and PI to enable us proceed with the order.

- Stitching on outer bag will be 2-3cm From the
end of the bag.

ii) Formulation:
a) Nitrogen – N 23%: The ration between Ammonium –
N and Nitrate – N should be approximately 55%
Ammonium – N to 45%
Nitrate –N
b) Phosphate (P2O5) 10%: 100% neutral

Ammonium Citric Solution 80% water soluble.
c) Potassium (K2O) 5%: The content should be between

4 and 6 % with > 90% water soluble K compounds.
d) Sulphur (S) 6% content should be 5.5-7% all in soluble

sulphate form or 6.5-8% sparingly soluble in water.
e) Zinc (Zn) 1% Contain at least 1% water soluble zinc.
f) Moisture Content – 1% maximum determined as free

water granular complex fertilizer. Granular screen size
range minimum 90% 2-5mm. Granular size to be
uniformed for all the mixes in blended fertilizers.
g) Free flowing product.

ii) Comply
