    Please find below technical recommendations on the attached CST.

    1- Communication Box:
    The offers of all the parties are acceptable.

    2- Cables:
    After review of acquired land, the quantity of Serial No. 11 (Rail Conductor) is requested to be
    reduced to 3000 Meters. Detailed BOQ with revised quantities is attached.
    Offer of only M/s Fast Cable is technically acceptable.
    3- Transformer:
    The offer of M/s PEL is acceptable. However, quantity of transformer (Sr. No. 1) may be reduced
    to 1 and new offer may be taken from supplier as per following specs:

    Transformer, 3500 kVA, 800V/ 6.3kV, ONAN, Skid type, outdoor rated and can be terminated
    easily through cable. Maximum Ambient temperature: 55 degree Celsius. Insulation Class A
    Maximum operating Relative Humidity (non-condensing): 95%
    Delta to grounded y configuration, Step-up transformer efficiency (CEC): not less than
    99% with 7 inputs.

    4- Panel:
    Item-1:
    Our min requirement is 580-585 Watt panel. Only M/s Longi Green has quoted in the given
    wattage range. Quantity of demanded panels may be reduced to 6100. Moreover, please share
    technical detail of 625 watts panels being offered by M/s Reon.
    Item-2 & 3:
    Quantity of item 2 may be reduced to 13.
    The offers of M/s Reon Energy and M/s Energy for you (Sungrow) are acceptable for item 2 & 3.
    Offer of M/s Huawei is not acceptable because separate inventory will have to be maintained.
    Moreover, Huawei inverters may not be compatible with data loggers of Sungrow. Also, the
    rating of inverter is not according to our requirement.

    5- Battery Charger:
    Not required.

    6- MV Panels:
    Only M/s Bilal Engineering/ABB’s offer is acceptable. Due to space constraints and connectivity
    issues with existing panels, it is suggested that the MV Panels must be procured from the
    aforementioned Vendor/Supplier. Earthing switch is to be included for 2000 Amp MV panel

    7- Steel Structure:
    Offer of M/s AZL is technically acceptable. However, new offer may please be obtained for 3.5
    MW installed capacity.

    8- 8. LV Panels
    Please obtain offer for LV panels as per details at Sr 14 in attached BOQ.
