Q.26 In the figure, lines AB and CD intersect at O. If ∠AOC + ∠BOE = 70° and ∠BOD =
40°, find ∠BOE and reflex ∠COE.
Q.27 In Fig. 6.33, PQ and RS are two mirrors placed parallel to each other. An incident
ray AB strikes the mirror PQ at B, the reflected ray moves along the path BC and strikes
the mirror RS at C and again reflects back along CD. Prove that AB || CD.

(see the figure). Show that:
(i) ΔAMC ≅ ΔBMD (iii) ΔDBC ≅ ΔACB
(ii) ∠DBC is a right angle. (iv) CM = 1/2 AB

Two sides AB and BC and median AM of one triangle ABC are respectively equal to sides
PQ and QR and median PN of ΔPQR (see the figure). Show that:
