Active Passive Formula to make passive

Simple Present I eat the apple. The apple is eaten by me is/are + p.p.

Present Perfect I have eaten the apple. The apple has been eaten by Has/have + been + p.p.

Present Progressive I am eating the apple. The apple is being eaten by Is/was + being + p.p.
me

Simple Past I ate the apple. The apple was eaten by me Was/were + p.p.

Past Perfect I had eaten the apple. The apple had been eaten by Had + been + p.p.

Past Progressive I was eating the apple. The apple was being eaten Was/were + being + p.p.

Modal (can, could, will, I can eat the apple. The apple can be eaten by Modal + be + p.p.
