    of Central America from Southern
    Mexico up tothe border of South
    America. There is no doubt that the
    Mesoamerican region is rich inculture
    and knowledge prior to the arrival of
    its European colonizers.
    MAYA CIVILIZATION

    •is one of the famous civilizations that lasted for approximately 2, 000
    years.
    •The MAYANS are considered one of themost scientifically advanced
    societies inMesoamerica
    And MAYANS are also known for their works in astronomy
    such us temples.
    THE PYRAMID IN CHICHEN ITZA IN MEXICO they used it for
    astronomical observation and was situated at the location of
    the sun during the spring and fall equinoxes.

    Mayans they used it to predict
    eclipse and also it for planting
    and harvesting.
