    Terms & Conditions


    1. An advance payment of 50% must be paid in advance as proof of agreement.

    2. The balance must be paid immediately after all renovations / repairs are completed (Unless otherwise stated vice versa)
    3. All Payments can be made in cash or online banking to: PERKASA KERJAYA RESOURCES

    4. This Quotation also applies as an agreement and consent for both parties after being signed.
    5. The contractor must complete the work according to the given time frame. No extra charge if
    there is any delay caused by the Contractor.
    6. The Contractor reserves the right to impose additional charges in the event of additional work or schedule changes.
    7. The customer has 24 hours to report dissatisfaction with the results to
    the contractor, if after a period of 24 hours there is no complaint then the dissatisfaction after that will not be entertained.
    8. If the customer fails to make payment after the work is completed, the contractor may impose an additional charges of 2.5% daily after the payment
    date due.
    9. Any cancellation after the work started occurs from the customer, the customer must settle the fully amount of the payment as promised or as
