Introduction to Springboard
Tomorrow's jobs will be very different from today's and that's why 'Infosys Springboard' exists.
'Infosys Springboard' is a free online platform powered by Infosys Wingspan that provides easy
access to fundamentals of technical and soft skills with distance learning. It offers guided
training in technology and curated content to address reskilling of unemployed in tech, non tech
and support roles.
Why Springboard ?
Springboard provides various certifications, courses, modules, resources and programs for
technical domain which will be helpful for cracking the interviews of IT industries. Springboard
is the learning platform for INFYTQ/HackwithInfy recruitment, thus registering and working on
Springboard gives you a head start and an edge during INFYTQ/HackwithInfy recruitment.
Courses and certifications for Python, Java, Javascript, Database Management, SQL, C, C++,
C#, A.I, IoT and more are available.
Besides, Springboard provides internships with limited opportunities to work on projects in a

given specific period of time.

Who can apply for Springboard Internship ?
The Infosys Springboard Internship is a great opportunity to work with the best minds in Infosys
and help implement the theoretical concepts learned to the practical field of work. This is your
opportunity to be initiated from academia into a professional work experience. You will
complete your internship virtually without the constraints of a physical location.
Eligibility Criteria [Applicants from all branches (B.Tech/MCA) are eligible]
❖ Applicants must have passed 12th standard or equivalent or higher examination from a
recognized board or university and must be pursuing graduation or completed graduation/
post-graduation
❖ Applicants must complete all the courses prescribed in the prerequisite learning microsite
for the project and score 60% or above in self-assessment present at the end of the course
❖ They must pass the certification(s) if prescribed in the prerequisite learning microsite
❖ They must submit responses to a survey, which will be activated when they click on the
'Apply' button

Selection Criteria
The internship with Infosys Springboard will have limited seats.
The following are the guidelines (not limited to) for selection to the program:
❖ Completion of courses in the prerequisite learning microsite and performance in the self-
assessments
❖ Completion of certifications (if any) and performance in them
❖ Survey responses
❖ Performance in the interviews with mentors
❖ Performance in a qualification exam if Infosys decides to conduct one
❖ The decision of Infosys will be final for selection of interns
Duration: The maximum duration is 3 months (12 weeks).
Mode: The internship will be virtual. Subject to the pandemic conditions, if we introduce the
option of hybrid internship models, we will communicate the same along with the guidelines.
Stipend: There will be no stipend offered to the interns as part of this particular internship
program. Learners, who successfully complete the internship, will receive a completion
certification from Infosys Springboard.
