This Agreement and its contents are strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to any third parties or
the general public. To protect this confidentiality, Ini Vie Hospitality will not disclose the rate to Guests
and will invoice Travel Agent directly.
Travel Agent expressly recognizes that it, and/or its affiliates, without the express prior written approval of
Ini Vie Hospitality shall NOT provide the F.I.T Rate to its Online Travel Agent (Agoda, Booking.Com,
Expedia, etc) for onward sale to the general public (also known as B2C channels). Travel Agent is also
responsible for any of its agents who may publish this F.I.T Rate that such agent buys from Travel Agent
(also known as B2B channels).
Travel agent failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions contained in this contract will result in
the immediate termination of the agreement.

• Late checkout until 18:00 hours will be charged 50% from the daily rate and It’s subject to
availability
• Late Checkout after 18:00 hours will incur a payment of 100% of the daily rate and It’s subject to

• No Check in and Check out allowed in NYEPI DAY (SILENCE DAY) on 11th March 2024 No activities
are allowed in the whole island of Bali
3. Payment policy:
• Low Seasons: The payment is required by the latest 21 days before arrival
• High Seasons: The payment is required by the latest 30 days before arrival
• Peak Seasons: The payment is required by the latest 45 days before arrival
4. Cancellation policy:
• Low Seasons: Any cancellation in 21 days before arrival will be applied full charged
• High Seasons: Any cancellation in 30 days before arrival will be applied full charged
• Peak Seasons: Any cancellation in 45 days before arrival will be applied full charged
5. Room/unit capacity
The capacity is for 2 adults except Two Bedroom Villa for 4 persons, Three Bedroom Villa for 6 persons,
Four Bedroom Villa for 8 persons and Five Bedroom Villa for 10 persons
6. Children Policy:
- Children 11 years old is free of charge as using existing bed (without breakfast)
- Mandatory Children 12 years old using extra bed with additional charge
- Additional extra breakfast rates following the contract
- Accommodate maximum 1 child
7. Payment can be process by bank transfer, credit card and payment link
8. Intellectual property
• Travel Agent shall not use photo to promote other villa and resort outside Ini Vie Hospitality
• Travel Agent shall not use trademarks, service marks, brands, logos, signs, trade names without
INi Vie Hospitality prior written approval
9. Force Majeure
The parties to this contract agree that neither of them shall be liable for delays, costs, losses or
expenses caused by circumstance of force majeure including without limitation Acts of God, fires,
strikes, floods, riots, war, government actions, or any other natural disaster or any other event
caused that is beyond the reasonable control of either of the parties
