    6. Being a customer of iDelta, customer
    acknowledges and agrees to the following:
    a) The above product(s), irrespective of the name of
    the drawer of cheque, is (are) being purchased by
    the customer and it is their responsibility to pay the
    amount, irrespective of the name of the drawer of
    cheque tendered / NEFT made / Card swiped.
    b) iDelta is authorized to send notifications via
    SMS/Email/Phone Calls and WhatsApp on the
    shared customer information
    7. Penalty of Rs 500 per cheque will be applicable in
    the case of cheque bounce.
    8. We do not install or support any illegal software,
    Customer will be solely responsible for any such
    software found in their hardware.
    9. The courts at Meerut(UP) shall have exclusive
    jurisdiction for disputes arising out of this sale /
    service.
    10. In case of any refund, all transfers will be done
    via Cheque/Bank transfers only after receipt of
    formal written refund request from the customer.
    Amounts received through credit or debit cards will
    be subjected to a 2.5% charge. Refunds will be made
    under the exact same name as captured at the time
    of amount receipt and can take up to 15 business
    days for processing.
