First Product manager at Prodo, a seed-stage startup backed by Titan Capital, Inflection Point Ventures, and Let’s Venture, building a full stack marketplace
for procurement and manufacturing needs
● Led the product direction for a team of 10+ engineers across 4+ products
● Executed the product development, from ideation to launch for Prodo App (Client facing app), Partner App (for manufacturers), web-based
dashboard for B2B customers, Pulse (internal CRM), building the entire tech stack within 3 months
● Introduced new features to ease client’s manual processes on the app, bringing in 5% of September’s revenue
● Worked closely with CXOs and other stakeholders on key product adoption strategies, achieving 20% existing client adoption and acquiring ~30
B2B clients per day within 2 months of release of the Prodo App
● Led partner network engagement by implementing push app notifications and WhatsApp messages, cutting out manual effort for quoting our

● Led a team of 5+ engineers and set the product direction for “SR Care”, a SaaS tool to help Shiprocket sellers interact with their customers in the
most efficient way possible
