Because the assignment of the PINs is different between the engine series,
check the connected loads in the engine circuit diagram. Is not used.

Ignition on. Check wiring harness and connected loads on pins A88, K57.
Trigger Conditions:
If the differential pressure sensor over the DOC + DPF system detects a pressure
difference higher than 18hPa AND ignition is off for more than 2s AND engine is not in
cranking this diagnostic will detect an error.
Dynamic plausibility check with exhaust temperature sensor value before DOC:
The difference between the exhaust temperature sensor befor- and after DOC is larger
than a threshold which varies with the engine operation mode.
(Normal Mode: 0°C < x < 85°C, HeatMode: 0°C < x < 100°C, Standstill: 0°C < x <
170°C)

Reason for overloaded DPF has to be clarified. The DPF itself cannot produce soot!!!!
Soot comes from engine and can be only burned within longer operation phases with
exhaust temperatures > 280°C
Check:
Has the engine operated under low load for longer times > 50 h? If yes, that could
explain the soot accumulation.
If no, then check:
- the differential pressure sensor of DPF.
- the complete engine air path for leakage and function: EGR-Valve, Intake throttle,
turbocharger, waste gate, intake air manifold, all tubes and pipes, dp-Venturi sensor,
reed valve, EGR-cooler, air filter
- the injection system of engine, Rail pressure injectors
The reason for excessive soot emission of the engine has to be clarified. The new DPF
will not change anything on the engine out soot emissions but give some time until it is
also filled up with soot.
!! If an error occurs, always check the delta P sensor and the Venturi tube for damage
or contamination
because problems at this point can lead to this result error.!!
