professional event planning company that specializes in corporate events,

Launched in 2005, we started as a small-time freelance event


organizing group with 10 employees, now leading the excellence in event

EVENT PROPOSAL

INTRODUCTION

Any organization can be confronted by a major incident which can


build up into crisis anytime, often without warning. It is impossible to
anticipate every incident which can arise, but there are steps we as a
company can take to plan for and better respond to one. When a crisis
happens, emotions and stress levels run high so things tend to get
overlooked and sometimes forgotten.

This Business Continuity Management Training will provide a


framework for effective business continuity management and enable every
organization as a whole to build resilience and give the company the
capability to prepare, respond and recover from sudden, short or long term
major incidents that can lead to business disruptions. The resilience of an
organisation depends on management, operational staff, technology and
geographical diversity. This training needs to be an integral part of
business operations and be understood across the organization from senior
management to the shop floor, across all sites and throughout the supply
chain. It will also help continually identify potential other threats that will
impact on business operations.

Moran, CEO of MGM International Manufacturing Corporation.

 WHEREAS, the MGM International Manufacturing Corporation shall engage the Event

Manager as an independent contractor, and not as an employee, to perform certain
services for the MGM International Manufacturing Corporation in connection with the
convention event about “Business Continuity Management Training”, as more fully set
forth in Attachment A.

 NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained


herein and for the other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, the Event Manager of Glamouria Deluxe Event Styling and Ms.
Geneva G. Moran, CEO of MGM International Manufacturing Corporation do agree as
follows:

AGREEMENTS

(1) EVENT DATE AND DESCRIPTION. On December 10 to 14, 2023, the Client
intends to host the following event: BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT
TRAINING.

(2) PLANNER DUTIES. The Client engages the Planner’s services to perform the
following duties with regards to the event.

(a) The Planner shall obtain the Client’s approval, in writing, before entering into
any binding contracts for the event and/or issuing any non-refundable deposits;

(b) Utilize all event requirements including but not limited to physical and financial
necessities;

(c) Act as the primary point person between all internal and external
communications;

(4) PAYMENT. The parties agree to the following Payment and Payment Terms:

(5) CANCELLATION.

a. By Client. The Client may cancel this Agreement at any time. If the
Client cancels 5 months prior to the Event Date, the client will be entitled
to a full refund. If the Client cancels 3 months prior to the Event Date,
the Client will be entitled to a 50% refund. If the Client cancels 1 month
prior to the Event Date, the Client will not be entitled to get a refund.

b. By Planner. The Planner may cancel this Agreement at any time. If the
Planner cancels, the Planner must provide a suitable, replacement
Planner, subject to the Client’s approval, which shall be obtained in
writing. In the alternative, the Planner shall refund all monetary amount

(8) LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT. This Agreement is legal and binding
between the Parties.
