expectations of British citizens throughout the entire film.
Leadership Analysis: Queen Elizabeth II offers a compelling insight into

leadership in times of crisis. Queen Elizabeth II, a leader initially out-of-
touch with public emotions and expectations is shown to learn how to
adapt and demonstrate empathy. The Queen's interactions with family
and advisors show her navigating political and emotional issues
gracefully and with dignity, even under intense pressure from her staff
and the media.
The film's main theme is leadership during difficult times. The Queen is
portrayed as a strong, decisive leader that is able to unite the country
