Netshoes, ensuring prominent placement of MuscleTech products in their stores.
E-commerce Platforms: To increase online sales, work with top marketplaces like Americanas.com or
Submarino and take use of their large consumer base and reach.
Specialty Stores: Focus on specialised supplement and sports nutrition stores, forming a partnerships to
meet the unique requirements of athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
Gym Partnerships: Create partnerships with fitness facilities and gyms to provide members with
exclusive MuscleTech products and to increase brand awareness among the fitness community.
MuscleTech may increase operational efficiency and cut costs by optimising stock levels, minimising
stockouts, and reducing surplus inventory by investing in cutting-edge inventory management solutions.
Continuous Performance Improvement: In order to assess service levels and pinpoint areas for
improvement, MuscleTech can set KPIs such as order fulfilment accuracy, on-time delivery rates, and
inventory turnover ratios. It can also regularly conduct performance reviews with its 3PL partner.
