Saba Cheese Balls is delightful treat crafted from ripe sweet plantain (saba),

flavor to the dish. It is best enjoyed when served hot as a snack or appetizer. Saba
Cheese Balls can be enjoyed by banana and cheese lovers.

The three products of Sabacoco contain benefits from a variety of biomolecules,

such as proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, and nucleic acids. The ingredients are
strategically chosen to enhance their nutritional value and flavor profile. The recipe calls
for a combination of bananas (saba), eggs, nuts, cheese, and fried in cooking oil.

Banana (saba) has high levels of nutrients, making it a good choice for
consumption. Bananas are rich source of carbs, which occur mainly as starch in unripe
bananas and sugars. Ripe bananas a source of polysaccharides: pectin, hemicellulose
and cellulose. There are also many types of sugar in bananas which are sucrose,
fructose, and glucose.

Eggs are a source of complete protein, meaning they contain all essential amino
acids. “Essential” means that the body synthesize these amino acids on its own, which is
why we need to include them in our diet. Amino acids help to form protein in the body.

Nuts are rich in protein, fat, and fiber. While peanuts may have a large amount of
fat, most of the fats they contain are known as “good fats.” These kinds of fats actually

PAGE 3
help lower your cholesterol levels. Peanuts are also an excellent source of: Magnesium.
In addition, nuts also contain nucleic acids, and healthy unsaturated fats.

fats. It is a dairy product rich in various macronutrients. In terms of carbohydrates it
contains disaccharides with lactose being a prominent type. Also, it contains amino acids
that are essential to our bodies and involved in many important processes including
muscle building, repair and overall health.
Cooking oil consists primarily of lipids. It contains the highest level of saturated
fats. That is also contains varying amounts of vitamins. Every element adds to the rich
tapestry of tastes and textures characterizes our product as something special.

in starch, with similar to carbohydrate. It is also an excellent source of vitamins A, B, and
C and contains dietary fiber and iron. Saba has its highest nutritional value when
consumed raw.

In addition to its delicious taste, banana with cheese is also good for your body.

aids digestion, improves metabolism, prevents stroke, improve circulation, boosts
immunity, improve eyesight, regulates blood sugar levels, and it may reduce risk of
asthma. Saba banana is also rich in potassium, which is a vasodilator. It is a medicine
that dilate blood vessel. This can also decrease strain on blood vessels, thereby
reducing your risk of heart attack and stroke. Containing levels of iron, this fruit can
stimulate oxygen circulation. These bananas possess a high concentration of vitamin C,
with nearly 40% of your daily requirements provided in a single fruit. Intake of saba
banana can help to kick-start the immune system and protect your system from
infections, along with boosting antioxidant activity in the body.

Shake it Coco is a refreshing cold drink made of freshest young coconut meat and its
water, mixed with evaporated milk, sugar and ice. The freshness of the coconut added a
natural sweetness to it. Banana Shake (SaSh) is a revitalizing beverage that combines

PAGE 4

natural rehydration drink. It is full of electrolytes and vitamin C, a refreshing thirst-
quenching drink on a hot day that also has many hidden benefits. Research has shown
that coconut juice is also good for ensuring healthy digestion and metabolism along with
a healthy urinary tract and it is great for flushing of kidney stones.

Coconut water is low in calories and fat but it is rich in vitamins, minerals and other
nutrients, like lauric acid, chloride, iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium, and
phosphorus. It boosts energy because buko juice is an excellent energy drink because it
has abundant vitamins, minerals and nutrients.

Drinking Coconut water may be beneficial prevent heart diseases. It may help
manage cholesterol levels in the blood and maintain good heart health because it is high
in potassium. Additionally, coconut juice also helps increase good cholesterol (high-
density lipoprotein) levels, which decreases the risk of various heart diseases.

PAGE 5
Benefits of drinking saging shake (SaSh):

According to Adda et.al (2023), lacatan bananas contain a fair amount of carbs,
water, fiber, and antioxidants but little protein and no fat. Bananas are rich in soluble
fiber. During digestion, soluble fiber dissolves in liquid to form a gel. This may also
contribute to a banana’s sponge-like texture. Green bananas also contain resistant
starch, a type of fiber that your body does not digest. Together, these two types of fiber
may help moderate your blood sugar levels after meals and regulate your appetite by
slowing the emptying of your stomach.

Resistant starch, the type of fiber found in unripe bananas, is a prebiotic. Prebiotics
escape digestion and end up in your large intestine, where they become food for the
beneficial bacteria in your gut (probiotics). Pectin a fiber found in both ripe and unripe
bananas may help prevent constipation and soften stools. Some test-tube studies even
suggest that pectin may help protect against colon cancer.

Potassium is a mineral that’s vital for heart health and especially for blood pressure
management. However, few people get enough potassium in their diet. Bananas are a
great source of potassium. A potassium-rich diet could help lower your blood pressure
reducing your risk of hypertension.

Environmental Waste Production of Banana Peel

Banana peels are particularly effective for use as a natural fertilizer. Also, banana
and orange peels can add nutrients to the soil as they decompose. They rot quickly
when buried, offering rich stores for vital nutrients to the soil, including, magnesium,
calcium, phosphorus, sulfur, potassium, and sodium.
According to Alam et.al, (2013), banana peel compost offers the following
benefits. These benefits are important organic fertilizer for soil fertility, plant feeding,
environmental protection, increasing soil fertility and increasing the growth of
microorganisms that accelerate the growth of plants and roots. In addition, the
conversion of banana peel into compost contributes significantly to the environment.
This is because banana peel attracts a variety of pathogens. These pathogens can
cause various diseases in humans.

Candelaria, Quezon, for a long time. The second is the Turon, which has a lumpia
wrapper around the banana. The third ingredient is grated Maruya, which is combined

that go into making a business decision or establishing a business strategy.

Figure 9 SWOT Analysis

Strength

 Healthy and nutritious - Consumers are getting more environmentally and health-
conscious these days. Products that are wholesome and nourishing have a
beneficial effect on consumers.

 Accessible business location - An important factor in a business's success is its

location. The easily accessible site can facilitate consumer access, improve visibility,
generate competitive advantages, supply essential resources, efficiently manage
expenses, and conform to target preferences.

 New business - People always look for something new to their tastes. A new
business has the potential to positively affect customers through the introduction of
innovative products or services, enhancing the overall customer experience,
providing competitive pricing. It attracts and retain customers, setting the stage for
long term success.

PAGE 22
 Attractive stall design and packaging - Appealing packaging and store design will
draw people in, encourage purchases, and enhance their overall buying experience.
Investing in visually appealing and functional packaging can help your business
stand out from the competition, gain customer trust, and increase sales.

 Promotional cards- Business promotional cards are an advantage for a business to

attract customers to come back visit the stall and buy Sabacoco products.

Weakness

 Loss of appetite - Since the business offers a healthy and nutritious product it also
has a weakness. If the customers always eat the same food although a customer’s
always want something new for their taste, there's a possibility for them to get loss
of appetite or loss of interest in visiting and purchasing your products.

 Limited space - If the food park opens in an accessible then then it has a very
limited space and the place is crowded that's the weakness of a business because it
is hard for the business to maintain a cleanliness and manage a noise and
distractions this will result to a bad customer service

 Name Recall - When a business is new, its company name is not well known. It
can't attract many customers because it's still new and the name isn't well known.

 Additional expense - Even though promotional cards are considered the edge of a
business, they also come with a weakness. Due to the promotion of foods, the
business will have additional expenses that will lower their profit.

Opportunities

 Increasing numbers of health-conscious - Due to health-conscious awareness,

customers are aware of how their choices affect their overall health. Some
customers need healthy and nutritious products that will benefit their bodies and be
good for their health.

 Access to a wider clientele - The accessibility of the location will help lots of clients
easily go to the store, and the place will serve as an accommodation area to cater to
their needs.

PAGE 23
 Customer excitement for new products - Since the Sabacoco Company is a
brand new business that offers a unique product, the curiosity and excitement of the
buyer will lead them to buy and patronize it.

 Low salary expense - As long as the business has a limited staff, this means that
the company will have fewer salary expenses, which will help it make a larger profit.

 Market trends - This helps the company attract customers because many of the
buyers tend to buy when the stall is eye-catching and the strategy they use is trendy.

Threats

 Existing varieties of banana products - With the benefits obtained from bananas,
many businesses seek to sell banana products such as turon, banana cue, and
maruya, which will increase competition in the food park.

 Failure to accommodate bulk customer- The Sabacoco stall is in an accessible

business location where space is limited. As a result, Sabacoco will be unable to
serve large numbers of clients, resulting in lower profits.

 Competitors patron - This serves as a threat to the business because the existing

competitors are already known to the market, and automatically, customers prefer to

buy from the store that was established a long time ago.

 Limited staff - The company probably has a hard time managing every task on the

venture because of the limited staff, which can also cause some trouble.

 Unauthorized use of promo card - This can also be a threat to the business since

it may probably be used by other relatives or colleagues of the customers who

receive the promotion card.
