As shown in the figure:

Place the base A1 on both sides of the rear cross base C1, and the rear column B1
(pasted with the letter B is the rear column) stands on the base A1.
(the end with letter D is downward) as shown in the figure,
fix it with 4-m10 * 80 screw 1 and 4-m10 * 20 screw 3 as shown in the figure.
Install the counterweight rack on the left rear column

As shown in the figure:

① Place the pulley base H1 in the middle of the C1 foot pedal of the rear cross seat
and fix it with 2-m10 * 70 screws
② Install the pulley block J1 and slide it into the guide rod K1

① String the short steel wire rope W1 into the pulley as shown in the figure,
and connect it at the position of pulley block J1 with safety buckle 5.
② Connect the high pull handle 02 with the chain B2 and the safety buckle 5

① String the short steel wire rope W1 into the pulley as shown in the figure,
and connect it at the position of pulley block J1 with safety buckle 5.
② Connect the high pull handle 02 with the chain B2 and the safety buckle 5
W1 to the upper end of the short steel wire rope W1
③ String the long steel wire rope V1 into the pulley as shown in the figure,
and connect it with the safety buckle 5 with the chain B2 at the H1 position

As shown in the figure:

① The safety shaft 01 can be installed to lock the leg pressing rod T1
with the locating pin F2
②Insert the tension rope shaft tube R1 into the hole of the base A1 and
lock it with the round pin 7
(Note: the hole position can be changed to realize the belt tightness)
③The barrel P1 can be fixed under the front and rear four vertical rods with
F2 round handle pins 6, and the barbell bar can be inserted into the barrel P1
Put the barbell lifting handle E2 into the barrel P1,
and the other end is as shown in the figure to achieve the exercise effect.。
