    Payment Terms and conditions


    Payment :
    1. 50% down payment .
    2. 50% to be paid 3 days before delivery materials .
    3. VAT 15%
    4. Additional extra charges will be applied for Reckoning the cutting list sandwich panel with
    flashing and accessories from Autocad Drawings.
    Supply and delivery :
    1. Transport Charges are not included in the above prices.
    2. Offer prices not included accessories .
    3. Minimum Length of Sandwich is 3000mm and Maximum 13000mm
    4. Our current Delivery Period ( ex-works ) is to be agreed later
    5. Signed contract or PO ( Any Changes must be noted and initiated by both parties ).
    6. Down payment are acceptable by cash / transfer bank.
    Storage and finished goods:
    1. Our policy allow materials to be stored only for 7 days maximum after being backed for shipment.
    2. Any extra storing periods will charge 2 % weekly & 10 % for maximum .
    3. Our company will not responsible for any damage my happen to the finish product due to customer delay shipping
    materials.
    4. If order storage more than 45 days , materials will be scrap , and the down payment will be confiscated for the raw
    materials used in production .

    Validity:
    1. Our price and quotation are valid for a period 10 days as of the offer date .
    Delivery Place:
    1. Ex-Factory Riyadh

    Revisions / Cancellation:
    1. The price shown above is just special for sandwich panels with quantities and meters and cutting list
    provided by client , according to our standard specification showing in quotation and any change in
    specifications are reviewed and re-offer price according to the terms agreed upon.
    2. Upon receiving your agreement to our quotation by means of either signing this quotation or letter of
    contract agreement , Anfal sandwich panel factory will reserve the necessary raw materials and proceed
    with the preparation of drawings , scheduling on the fabrication of materials of said project .
    3. In The event that your later decide to cancel your intention to buy from us for any reason that we cannot
    satisfy then Anfal sandwich panel factory would be entitled for cancellation charges equivalent to (10%)
    of the estimated contact agreement value which will be due to us immediately upon receiving your
    official cancellation .
