personal bank statements or most recent 3 months’ pay slips equate to more than 30 times the rent:

Section 8 – How to proceed with your application
Each prospective tenant must complete and sign a rent application form and return it to Zoom. Your
application can then be processed and your offer put forward to the Landlord for their
consideration. Please also provide photographic identification for all Tenants and Permitted
Occupiers over the age of 18yrs and a proof of residency document [utility bill or bank statement]
which must be dated within the last 3 months detailing your current address.
Assuming your application is accepted and referencing complete with satisfactory results you will
need to pay the security deposit and first month’s rent less your holding deposit prior to the tenancy
start date. These monies MUST BE CLEARED FUNDS before keys will be issued.
Your Holding Deposit will be withheld by Zoom if any relevant person including guarantor[s]
withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or
misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement and/or Deed of Guarantee within 15
calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing).
