    Subject: Reorganization Of The Teaching And Examination Schedule


    During April And May 2024 in View Of The Upcoming Lok Sabha
    Elections.

    The teaching and examination schedule during April and May 2024 is being re-
    organized in view of the upcoming LOK SABHA Elections as attached.

    In case teaching is hampered due to election duty of any faculty member, the
    concerned faculty member shall be allowed to hold classes in online mode on the
    day of duty only. However in case it is not possible to hold classes in online mode
    on the day of duty, the concerned faculty may take extra online classes on any day
    in the week, including Saturdays and Sundays in consultation with the students
    and intimation to the concerned HoD.

    All HoDs may kindly arrange for the preparation of the Practical Examination date
    sheet and display the same.
