THAT the goods be released before the Tribunal Rent inspector who will take inventory. 4, THAT the Plaintiff/Tenant is to pay the outstanding arrears of Kshs. 40,000/= in instalments together with accrued rent so as to have cleared within 60 days and thereafter to continue paying rent as it fall due, in default of which the Defendant/Landlord shall be granted leave to levy distress, 5. THAT the 0.C.S. Kasarani Police Station do ensure compliance of these orders. 6. THAT the PlaintiffTenant is to take a date for interpartes hearing and serve within 14 days failing ‘hich these orders shall stand discharged. PENAL NOTICE ‘TAKE NOTICE that any disobedience or non-observance of the order of the court given on the 19th day of February, 2024 served herewith will result in penal consequences to you and any other person(s) so disobeying and not observing the same. AND FURTHER that if this order ts not obeyed, an application shall be made citing you and any ‘other such person(s) so disobeying for contempt of Court soeking therein your detention and other Punishment for you and such person(s) together with any remedy available in law.
