Our offer is based upon the BOQ enclosed. Any deviation from the enclosed BOM shall be charged extra. Make of Equipment’s considered shall be as per BOQ enclosed. Main bus bar shall be electrolytic grade AL while earth bus bar shall be AL. MS Structures shall be pre-treated in seven tank chemical processes, heated in baking oven and finally finished in Siemens grey (RAL-7035) paint in structure finish. We shall provide Powder Coating of 60-80 micron of approved shade. Structure shall be 2.0 mm & door shall be 2.0 mm CRCA Sheet Steel. We shall provide Zinc Passivity MS hardware. Panels shall be single door outdoor type with canopy, ingress Protection degree of IP-4X . Cable lugs & gland shall not be in our scope of supply. Voltage circuits shall be protected through 6A, SP MCB with bolted type neutral link. Internal wiring of the panel shall be carried out using PVC insulated, copper flexible wire of 1.5 mm2 for Voltage circuits and 2.5 mm2 for Current circuits. Annexure – IV Price Details
