    SOP for audio embedded Presentations

    Please following the Instructions below to embed audio into Presentation.


    While recording, please ensure that there is no ambient or background noise.
    Step-1:
    Create a PowerPoint presentation with all the details as mentioned in the sample
    pitch deck
    Step -2:
    After saving the PPT with all the details.
    Step-3:
    Go to the menu bar on the top as shown and click on Slide Show.

    Step-4:
    Under the Slide Show menu, click on Record Slide Show.
    Step-5:
    Select Start recording from Beginning

    Step -6:
    A dialogue box as shown in the image below will appear.

    Step-7:
    Ensure that both the boxes are checked in the dialogue box then, click on Start
    Recording.

    Step-8:
    Menu for recording will appear on the screen.
    The recording can be paused at any time.

    Using the option highlighted, recording can be redone.

    The arrow will help you to move to the next slide and contine with the recording.
    The timings dipalyed on the extreme right of the recording menu is the total time
    of the recoeding, the time on the left of it is the time for each slide.

    Step-9:
    After finishing the last slide, close the recording menu.

    Step-10:
    Save the PPT with these changes. Run the Presentation in slide show mode to see
    if the recording is playing smoothly.
