Reg: Offer Letter of Full Time Contractual Employment

We are pleased to offer you the position of Web Designer with us here at ISOLS GROUP PVT. LTD. where
we hope you will enjoy your role in the aura of creativity & positivity and will make a significant contribution
to the success of the organization.

Commencement Date
Your employment will commence on 01-02-2023.

Location
You will be working remotely.

Position
Web Designer

The roles and responsibilities in detail for this position will be described at the time of your joining.

Term
This is a Contractual Position.

▌ Salary

Your salary will be Rs.27,000 per month as CTC


Remuneration
The remuneration as per your job role is very much lucrative and will be applicable as stated below:

▌ Payment
o Your Salary will be paid monthly between 8th to 11th of the month.

▌ Salary Review
o You will be on a probation period for the three months and your performance graph will be
closely and strictly monitored thereafter your employment will fall under the annual incremental
cycle or on the anniversary of your employment or in accordance with workplace laws and
your overall rating.

Leave Entitlements
▌ Annual Leave

You are entitled to 20 days annual leave per year of service. Out of 20 leaves:

- 12 Leaves are CL (Casual Leaves), and 3 consecutive CLs cannot be taken, doing so will deduct 1CL. On
an urgent basis in case consecutive leaves are required then 1-week prior notification needs to be given.

- 8 Leaves are medical leaves

Termination
The minimum period of notice required to be given to the employer by the employee is either:

• That prescribed by the relevant employment agreement or other contract of employment.


• If no period of notice is prescribed as above, a period of notice equal to the employee’s usual pay
period.

ISOLS Group Pvt Ltd. may terminate your employment by giving the following period of notice depending
on service:

There will be a notice period of 30 Days

If you are over 45 with more than two years continuous service, you will receive an additional week’s
notice.

Also, in-case a candidate leaves the company before one year then he/she will not be entitled with any

Experience Letter or acknowledgment document.


The company may terminate your employment at any time without notice if, and a legal action can also
be taken along with a penalty:

➢ You are guilty of serious misconduct; or


➢ You are in material breach of a provision of this contract, including confidentiality undertakings.
➢ You are found doing the double employment. In such case, a strict legal action will be taken by
the Co.

Following the termination of your employment you will be required to return all company property.

Jurisdiction
This offer letter and employment contract is made in Gurgaon, India.
