    DOUBLE SKIN PLENUM BOX

    Applications :
    Double Skin Plenum Boxes are designed based on Modular Paneling Concept to fulfill
    the indoor air quality requirements. Mainly designed to reduce the air cutting noise and
    blower noise in air supply. The airflow noise can be reduced by using multi directional supply
    air outlets for high volume of air quantity and as well as in high pressure areas.
    Cosmic can makes High Quality, Flexibility Double Skin Plenums, which can
    provide excellent thermal efficiencies and to be air tight. Cosmic double skin plenums are
    manufactured with flexibility features to meet the indoor air quality, operating efficiency,
    sound level and panel sector installation requirements for today's extensive commercial and
    customized markets.

    Mounting :
    Double Skin Plenums panels are assembled and mounted on AHU with necessary
    supports and fittings.

    Implementations :
    Cosmic Double Skin Plenums are constructed with high quality and rigid extruded
    aluminium outer frame profiles. Besides, it is with thermal barrier feature which using three
    leg fiber plastic corner joints. The extruded aluminium outer frame profile design allows three
    identical pieces to be fitted together to form a composite corner piece. Both of this features
    form the rigid frame of the double skin plenums.
    The Double Skin Plenum wall is made up by Poly Urethane Foam (PUF) Insulations
    Panel with 0.6 mm high quality pre-coated sheet for external skin wall and 0.6 mm
    Galvanized Steel (G.I) Sheet as a internal skin wall. Besides there is special thickness 0.8
    mm, 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm of skin material as per customer request. The insulation foam
    thickness can be 25 mm or 50 mm with the density of 40 Kg/M3.
    The cabinet construction reduces significantly the sound level from the fan of an AHU.

    Standard Finishes :
    Available in Natural Galvanized Steel or Powder Coated to standard Blue Colour, and
    Non Standard Colour also available upon request.
