together by our love for trail running and the outdoors who have comprised the Core Group of
this event. We are writing to express our excitement about the upcoming IGBARAS MOUNTAIN
ULTRA, a trail running event that has captured our attention as a unique and impactful
experience for runners not just in Western Visayas but in the whole Philippines as well - and
possibly in Southeast Asia.
IGBARAS MOUNTAIN ULTRA, the first of Ultra Race in Panay for 2024 is set to be held in the
third Southernmost municipality in the Province of Iloilo, Municipality of Igbaras on April 27-28,
2024.
We recognize the effort and dedication it takes to organize an event of this scale and the
positive impact it has on the community. The values of trail running such as promoting physical
fitness, fostering community spirit, and celebrating the beauty of nature, resonate deeply with
our organization's mission of promoting local ecotourism and livelihood. We believe that such
events play a crucial role in encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle while bringing people
together to share in a memorable experience.
In line with this, we are reaching out to inquire about sponsorship opportunities for the
upcoming event.
We are open to various forms of support, including financial contributions, in-kind

sponsorships, or any other ways in which we can be involved such as discounts for participants
and giveaways for podium finishers and raffle items. Our goal is to collaborate with you to
create a mutually beneficial partnership that enhances the overall experience for participants
and helps achieve the objectives of Igbaras Mountain Ultra. Should you wish to extend financial
support in form of sponsorship and\or partnership, the packages offered by the event is
attached herewith.
If it would be possible, we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss potential sponsorship

exploring creative ways to promote our involvement leading up to and during the event. We
