    Freezer Rental Agreement

    This Freezer Rental Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on [Date], by and between the
    undersigned [Renter Name] with home address [Enter Home Address], hereinafter referred to as the
    "Lessee," and [Owner/Lessor's Name/Company] with address [Enter Address], hereinafter referred to as
    the "Lessor."

    1. Rental Property:

    The Lessor agrees to rent to the Lessee, and the Lessee agrees to rent from the Lessor, the following
    freezer equipment described as follows:

    2. Rental Term:

    The Lessee is responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the freezer during the rental period.
    Any repairs required due to negligence or misuse by the Lessee shall be the responsibility of the Lessee.
