AD CAUTELAM LEAVE OF COURT

I beg the indulgence of this Honorable Court to please understand my most difficult predicament. Investigator Justice Ramirez, on the one hand, in conspiracy with/ordered by Justice Benipayo, recommended my dismissal due to his falsified Finding and Conclusion of my insanity. Atty. Teresita Cruz-Sison, on the other hand, is so powerful that she did everything to have blocked my September 19, 1998 nomination. Thereafter, she silently campaigned against me in the corridors of power. I believe that only God has the power over life and death, and therefore no mortal can interfere in His ways.
I fervently pray, however, that this Honorable Court will hear and accept my plea / explanation. My choice of words, the language / inuendos of this pleading and inserted predictions were not meant to cast aspersions or to offend anybody. I have no other way in the ordinary course of law to prove the truth. Per prophecy only will the Almighty vindicate me. Hoping for your kind consideration of my plea for leave.

Defense:
This thesis is respectfully submitted to prove, via the psychic method, that: because of personal vendetta (since I predicted her 1996 major stroke, in a desperate attempt to persecute me), JBC Member, Atty. Teresita Cruz-Sison did everything (silently) within her power, with due respect, to prolong my indefinite preventive suspension, thereby, principally causing the CURSE: Justice Benipayo recommended suspension. 10 days before his 70th birthday (retirement), the PONENTE of this case, Mr. Justice B. P. PARDO allowed me to enter his august chambers, in ostensible violation of the Codes, Canons, etc. because he has a very BIG HEART. We never talked about this case. In the 5 minutes tense conversation, I merely asked him if he would engage in farming at San Isidro, Nueva Ecija, or if he would practice the profession, or teach. And he replied no.

He said that he would just stay at home. And I asked permission to visit him by March 2002 to tell him the story of this beautiful case. And he said that I would always be welcome. Since then, I never called the good Justice before whom I took my judges OATH. I have heard of the one-year ban on retired justices to discuss cases before them. I cannot be mistaken that the good JUSTICE saw something wrong I with never this case. He that was he very so compassionate. believed was

straightforward and a righteous man. The last week of August 2003, I asked his son Mr. Victor Pardo (chief officer of Justice Corona) to let his father know that I am asking for an appointment merely to visit the good JUSTICE. THANKS for the appointment you (through Lita) set on December 13, 2003, 11:00 a.m. My counsel, Atty. Gregorio M. Batiller, Jr., informed me that: a) Fr. Joaquin Bernas, S. J., twice promised him that my Letter-Appeal to the ALAFI would be discussed by said Ateneo Dean with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, b) Fr. Joaquin Bernas, S. J. talked to Justice Reynato Puno, and c) Fr. Joaquin Bernas, S. J. failed to attend the October 12 and November 12, 2003 ALAFI Board Meeting (wherein my request for WRITTEN RESOLUTION was subject matter thereof). THIRTY (30) years ago [June, 1972 September, 1974], I had been your classmate in Th L135, Th L136, Th L14, Th L133 & Th L134 (Introduction to Old & New Testament I & II and Liturgy, under Fr. Sevilla/Fr. Calderon, S.J., etc., LHS). (Vide: Certified true copy, Official ATENEO TSN, 3 pages, ANNEX A hereof). I was a former Vincentian Seminarian (ANNEX A-1) from 19651971 (St. Vincents Seminary, Valenzuela, Bulacan & Angono, Rizal). Since the Vincentian Hills Seminary (Angono, Rizal) was facing the Jesuit RETREAT House, I hiked to the latter and met Fr. Loredo, S.J. I also approached Fr. OGorman, S.J. when I applied for the JESUIT Pre-Novitiate under Fr. Mores, S.J. Arvisu House. Fr. Mayo, S.J. the Provincial interviewed me among 200 P.I. applicants, and,

I TOOK THE 2 days FR. PARISI, S.J. (psychological / psychiatric, etc. exams) and only 5 of us passed and were admitted as PNSJ (prenovices of the S.J.); this was after I passed the most difficult F.A.P.E./ ATENEO entrance exam (as I was admitted by the ATENEO, 1971-2 semester, ANNEX A-2). However, I talked to my classmate (now) Fr. Mac Reyes, S.J. that I opted to stay out, since I felt I am not sure after I was accepted by the S.J. that I would be a priest. Hence, I finished A.B. PREDIVINITY (under Fr. Galdon, S.J. chairman, ANNEX A-3). After I finished about less than 18 units MBA, ATENEO, P. Faura, I finished LL.B. (FULL SECOND HONORS, 85.11% q.p.i) and placed 12th in the 1983 Bar Exams (21.3% only passed, one of the hardest in the history, with rating of 87.55%, ANNEX B) I first received the GIFT of prophecy about 1985, when I went to Fr. Jaime Bulatao, S.J. (who also has Dwendeling as dwarf, which was not believed by Fr. CANDELARIA, S.J. my professor in Ed 33/235, Teaching & Test Construction, ANNEX A-4). I first received the Gift of spiritual HEALING on June 3, 1999, a month before the Supreme Court suspended me, since my I.Q. was found to be 68 by the S.C. Medical Clinic (ANNEX B) that I predicted in writing the downfall of ERAP and I believed in dwarfs. MR. JAIME T. LICAUCO testified under OATH (S.C. hearing) that I am the sole HEALING JUDGE WORLDWIDE. Fr. JAIME BULATO, S.J. whom I again approached in 2000 advised me to see Fr. J. Bernas, S.J., since according to the former, my case does not deal with psychology but with the legal question of whether I violated the law/rules. BEFORE ERAPs downfall, December 2000, I wrote a letter and visited Fr. Bernas, S.J. and my classmate, Asst. Dean Cesar Villanueva (in taxation, under Prof. Exequiel Javier) & Atty. Sedfrey Candelaria. They candidly told me that the ATENEO had not

interfered/intervened with private cases. Hence, I accepted my fate.

That was the 2nd Christmas, when my lawyer, Atty. Gregorio M. Batiller, Jr. & Mr. Justice Regino C. Hermosisima, Jr. both advised that I might have to file a MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION of the High Tribunals expected (at that time) Decision to dismiss me because of the alleged I.Q. 68/psychological unfitness (to sit as judge). That saddest Christmas, I received the S.C. Resolution dated December 5, 2000 which gave me only 10 days to take the S.C. Medical Clinics mental exams otherwise I would be detained in the NBI Jail. NOWHERE to go, I sadly received the ATENEOs (2000) decision not intervene in my case. THIS AFTERNOON, I again phoned my lawyer, Atty. JOJO Batiller, Jr. The latter said that Fr. Bernas and the ALAFI would meet on my 2 Letters-APPEALS on October 8, 2003. I CONFESS that GOD predestined all these things that happened, since I continued to refuse to accept the 2nd CALL (several 2001, 2002 & this years VISIONS of the AMEN wanting me to heal as VINCENTIAN PRIEST for the poor). All that I ask HIM is to give me TIME, to clear my name and serve at least 1 year in the judiciary. PREMISES CONSIDERED, may I ask your/the ATENEOs KIND HELP, KASI po, ika-5 PASKO na ito. I have been incarcerated for 4 1/6 years.
