F E E R U L E S & R E G U L A T I O N S
1. If the fee remains unpaid by the due date, a late fee of Rs. 100/- per day for the first 30 days and Rs. 5000/- per month for the remaining period will be
charged.
2. Any Cadet whose fee is not paid within one month after due date, his name is liable to be struck off the College Rolls and may be re-admitted on
payment of Rs. 10000/- subject to the approval of the Head of the institution/ College Council.
3. No Cadet will be allowed to appear in Board Examination or for the annual examination, unless his accounts have been settled in full by the date on
which the examination begins.
4. The Cadets appearing for the Board Examination (9th, 10th, 11th & 12th) will pay the messing and boarding fee up to the end of calendar month in
which their Board Examination finishes.
5. Cadet who remains absent from the College without any information or prior approved leave for six consecutive days is liable to be struck off the
College Rolls. Re-admission fee Rs. 10000/- is charged in case they are allowed to rejoin the College, subject to approval of the College council.
6. In case of withdrawal of a cadet by the parents/ guardians, the Cadet will have to pay full dues for the term during which he is withdrawn. Such
withdrawals are entitled to refund of security deposit only. Dues once deposited are NOT REFUNDABLE in any case. There is no provision of partial
adjustment/remission of the amount billed, even if a Cadet remains on the COLLEGE Rolls for a part of the term.
7. All possible efforts are taken for the safeguard of all the Cadets during their stay in the College Campus, Games, PT, Drill and other activities.
However, the College shall not be responsible for any kind of accident / mishap causing any physical harm or injury/ disability to the Cadets.
8. Every possible measure is taken to look after the cadets during their daily routine but if a cadet leaves the college premises without proper permission
from college authorities or bunks from college particularly during the first 45 days, he may be expelled from college and college authorities will not be
responsible for any mishap.
9. All cases of gross indiscipline shall be referred to the Chairman, College Council. Decision taken by the College Council shall be FINAL and NON –
CHALLENGEABLE.
