Applications
Endurance 8000 is recommended for use in rotary screw and centrifugal air compressors required to operate in the temperature range of 40C to 95C (-40F to 203F). It is suitable for use in all makes of compressors handling air, nitrogen, argon, helium, neon, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and blast furnace gas. Endurance 8000 must not be used in the compression of oxygen and is not suitable for equipment handling wet or sour hydrocarbon gases. Endurance 8000 is also suitable for turbine applications. It is compatible with other mineral based and PAO based lubricants. In screw compressor applications it is important to completely drain and flush all compressor oil before refilling with this premium synthetic compressor fluid. Mixing with other undrained oils will reduce the superior performance capability of Endurance 8000.

E NDURANCE 8000
Introduction
Petro-Canada Endurance 8000 is a premium, multifunctional, synthetic fluid designed to lubricate and cool compressors and gas turbines that operate over a very wide temperature range. This fluid is formulated to provide effective lubrication for up to 8000 hours of continuous or intermittant service at an operating temperature up to 95C (203F). Endurance 8000 is also suitable for applications requiring start-up at temperatures as low as 40C (-40F). Endurance 8000 synthetic fluid is the refill of choice for all makes of compressors where superior performance and extended drain intervals is demanded.
