DEPARTMENTS:
Supply chain: So basically supply chain management is the handling of the entire
production flow of a good or service. Starting from the raw components all the way
to delivering the final product to the customer.
Accounts and Finance: This department is responsible for the efficient financial
management and financial controls necessary to support all business activities
Marketing and Sales: A sales and marketing department has the responsibility for
deciding where the company should sell and what it’s price should be
Operations: An operations department ensures that the production process is
completed from start to finish. These production processes need to line up with the
goals and functions of other departments within a company
Quality Control: Quality control department functions for assuring the quality of all
the products manufactured within the organization at every stage.
