TDS to be paid by Purchaser immidiately after registration 1 ·Floor Rise from 4th Floor Onwards. Floor rise will be 65,000/- per floor.
On Completion of Excavation 10 ·Agreement should be Registerd within 15 days from the Date of Booking.
On completion of Basement No. 2 ( 2 out 4) 7.5 ·Prior to agreement Client should the Loan Sanction letter from the Bank, If Any
On completion of Plinth of the building 7.5 ·Execution of Agreement will be subject to the Clearance of the payment made by the Client
