1. Job Role
To perform assigned duties as per below given details and also support department and division for mentioned tasks and any
extra assignment given by G.M Fabric/CEO/MD
2. Core Responsibilities
a. To receive plans from PPC & start execution in Fabric Dyeing & Fabric Finishing.
b. Formally generate dyes & chemicals demand.
c. Keep track of daily units cutting for execution in fabric dyeing and fabric finishing.
d. Keep an eye on quality requirements & review daily QC report.
e. Check daily issues in fabric dyeing & finishing & daily review production report with batch time deviation.
f. Monitor each fabric dyeing lot or lot portion before RP with valid reason of RP.
g. Daily monitor cost anaylsis of lab to bulk and bulk running orders.
h. Monitor RTF with given KPI, greater than 80%.
i. Assess current closing of order with coordination of MRP & CRP.
j. Oversee 6S of each production floor.
k. Assess worker safety and welfare.
l. Locate cost efficient resources in dyeing lab.
m. Interact with department staff to build strong inter-personal relationship & make a good team.
n. Ensure, priority based, proper execution of W/O at each work station.
o. Ensure better & efficient communication with recovery team & give them solution of problematic garments in units.
p. Strong communication with merchants & buying houses /QC.
q. Review & finalize shade approval against each w/o for submissions & approvals.
r. Proper follow up & monitior auto dosing & Chemicals / Dyes store.
s. Manage & monitor Fabric Dyeing machines maintenance on daily basis.
t. Monitior all S/O's, PPO's & first bulk's dye lot.
u. Monitor FOH of each dept. (fabric dyeing/sampling/finishing)

1. Job Role

2. Core Responsibilities
a. Pre-production planning for all new W/O in bulk dyeing.
b. Pre-production planning for sampling as per priority with merchant coordination.
c. Priroity wise recipe confirmation as per planning in dyeing.
d. Monitor dyeing lab operations for combinations & dyes selection & keeps all records of lab.
e First dye lot's, S/O's and Lab Dip's garments submissions & approval from Buying House.
f. Recipe development for bulk & sampling.
g. Bulk recipe confirmation for lab to bulk for achieveing targets RTF 85%.
h. Cost efficient recipes for achieving given cost target, monitoring in bulk production & communicate
dyeing staff.
i. Training of staff in dyeing lab & dyeing sampling regarding process.
j. Cost control in dyeing lab to all bulk dyeing recipes & running bulk dyeing recipes as per given cost to
PPC.
k. Assess worker safety & welfare.
l. Locate cost efficent resources in dyeing lab for development.
Ensure better & efficient comunication with merchant team & discuss about the development
m. strategies as per buyer requirements.
Review & finalize first dye lot of each W/O for submissions & approvals & to guide for better quality
n. options.
o. Monitor FOH of (Dyeing Lab/Fabric Dyeing/ Sampling).

e. Responsible to check pH, Sp. Gravity , Temperature, swatches for each lot.
f. Responsible for Machine calibration and implement preventive maintenance plan daily.
g. Responsble to issue and keep receipt record for all lots delivered to finishing.
h. Monitor all lots in ecru stage for any imperfections, problems and faults before loading.
i. Ensure in time dispensing and issuance of dyes and chemicals to the machines.
