Project Terms and Conditions-

Sr. No. Terms Contract

1 Price (1) The cost listed in this proposal includes design, manufacturing,
supply, installation, and commissioning in accordance with the bill of
materials and Torios Solar Standards. Any modifications to the scope
of work, addition to the bill of materials, additions to the ratings, or
any other variation will incur additional cost for the customer.
(2) O&M Charges (AMC/CMC charge) are not included in the basic
pricing.
2 Terms of payment 20% advance payment in accordance with the quote or estimate, plus
70% payment upon material dispatch, plus 10% payment upon plant
or project completion. In terms of finances, 100%
3 Access& Permit Customer must provide a proper access point and reach to the roof.
4 Inclusion of Any goods not specified in the bill of materials will incur additional
Excluded Item costs, which will be billed to the customer.
5 Interruption in The customer should refrain from interfering with the works or doing
work anything that might reasonably be expected to cause delays,
increased difficulty, or increased expense for Torios Solar.
6 Warranty As per manufacturer's warranty.
7 Security & Safety After supplies are delivered in good condition to the customer's
location, the customer is in charge of ensuring the materials' safety
and security until they are turned over to Torios Solar staff who will
install them. If there are any site-related public disruptions that
cannot be solely attributed to Torios Solar, the customer is
responsible for resolving the similar at it’s own risk and expense to
ensure a smooth project completion by Torios Solar. In such a
scenario, Customer is responsible for ensuring the security and safety
of the Torios Solar employees assigned to the site.
8 Civil and Structural The only structures that Torios Solar offers are for putting its modules
Work on RCC roofs. Civil work is within the customer's scope, and any
design modifications that the customer is responsible for will incur
additional costs. In order to install a module structure for greater
strength, the customer must permit roof penetration.
9 Net Metering Net metering procedures vary by state and need the customer to
bring all necessary documentation; otherwise, Torios Solar (or its

 affiliates) will not be liable to provide net metering to the customer.
The offer does not apply to net meter file charges or meter charges.

Net Meter and EFR Cost are separately charged from the customer as
department receipt (Rs 15,000/-).

Warranty terms:
1. Inverter: 7 years performance warranty by as per OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) company.
2. Panels: 15 years against manufacturing defects by as per OEM/ Manufacture company.
3. Panels: 30 years for 80% output warranty as per company Norms.
4. Services: Chargeable under AMC Contract on agreed amount.
5. Battery: 10 years (4500 cycles)
