2. FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

A CERTIFIED COPY of the deposit slip must accompany your application form and
application will not be processed without the application fee. This deposit can
only be made at any branch of NEDBANK

An application fee of E350 for Eswatini/SADC Citizens and E500 for International
Students is required. PLEASE NOTE: Application fee is non-refundable

SECTION G: SIGNATURE OF APPLICANT

Note: An applicant under the age of 18 must have this form signed by either of his/her parents.
Where an applicant has no parents (e.g. they are deceased) or the parents are divorced, a legal
guardian is normally officially appointed. In such cases the legal guardian must sign this form. If
you do not have a parent or a le01gal guardian, a responsible adult family member (next of kin)
or other responsible adult who is prepared to make the declaration and the undertaking must sign
with you. The details of the parent/legal guardian must be listed on this form.

The applicant gives permission for information about academic progress to be divulged to the
person/sponsor liable for payment of fees. The applicant consents to personal information being
utilised for government and university statistical purposes.

If any error in the processing/verification of certificates/documents of an applicant is detected


during admission or registration, the Institution reserves the right to cancel such admission at any
stage at which error is detected.
If it is found, at any stage, that a candidate, a) doesn't not fulfil the eligibility requirements; b) has
used fraudulent means to secure admission; c) has made false or incorrect statements in the
application form, has not signed on the application form or somebody else has done so on his/her
behalf. He / She shall not be allowed to complete the admission formalities, or in the case already
admitted, his/her admission shall be canceled.

Instructions to Applicants
1. Applications forms and Prospectus are obtainable from the University Website
www.emcu.ac.sz
2. Application forms are to be downloaded, completed and returned to the University by 31st
May 2024, after paying a non- refundable application fee payable at the Bank.
3. Applicants should attach certified copies of all required documents including copies of ID
with their application form, and also attach a copy of application fee receipt.
4. No application form will be considered without copies of certificates and the application fee
receipt attached.
5. Successful candidates will be informed through the University Website and other media
6. Acceptance letters will be given to successful candidates
7. Any errors or fraud will result in application nullified and dismissal for future application.
