    CHRISTMAS CAROLING COMPETITION 2023

    I. GENERAL GUIDELINES
    a. The Christmas Caroling Competition will be held on or before the Christmas Day Celebration. The
    presentation will be composed 3 to 6 minutes singing with a choreography depending on the team
    presentation.
    b. One team must be composed of a minimum of 5 and maximum of 10 members, composed of male, female
    and LGBTQIA+ community.
    c. The contest/competition is open for all 15 years old and up only.
    d. All participating team must be a bonafide residents of Barangay Idaoman, President Roxas, Cotabato.
    e. They can wear a costumes that can be of any design and materials provided it is appropriate for the event.
    They can wear any kind of footwear of their choice.
    f. The participants must prepare their own music. The music must be instrumental only or they can also perform
    in Acapella. The music must be in MP3 format. The music must be submitted to the organizers/music operator
    to be assigned 2 hours before the said competition for testing.
    g. The timer will begin as soon as the music starts to play (red flag will be raised means “start” and the white
    flag will be raised as to mean “end” of the performance including the exit).
    h. Two (2) points will be deducted from the total score for every 5 seconds overtime. Any violation of the
    aforementioned rules or guidelines, a group will also be deducted with two (2) points. Penalties will be
    deducted from the total average of the group.
    i. Stunts and lifts during the competition are extremely prohibited. Failing to do so, will also result to
    disqualification.
    j. The Organizers and Management team will only cater first 10 entries submitted within the allotted schedule
    of submission.
    k. The entries should be submitted to Gary E. Mojana residents for listing.
    l. All members included as a Technical Working Group are prohibited to join the competition.

    II. CRITERIA FOR JUDGING

    STAGE PRESENCE (Confidence & Poise) 10

    TOTAL 100
    III. PRIZES

    1ST PLACE Php. 1,500.00


    2ND PLACE Php. 1,000.00
    3RD PLACE Php. 750.00
    CONSOLATION PRIZE Php. 200.00
