1- What benefits will you bring in our business and how much time are you
going to dedicate weekly?

I can work 30 hours to 40 hours per week.
The benefits I will bring in your business is I can work multi tasking, I am
eager to learn new things. I love exploring to have a wide knowledge of the
things around me.
2- Give us examples of a time when you dealt with a difficult situation and
managed to meet the deadline as well as resolve the issue.
As an Office Assistant before I have task to make payroll of the construction
worker every week. One time, one worker assigned in another area. Saturday
would be our pay day. Thursday is the close payroll. I have 1 day to prepare
the computation and cash. So, I need to check where area that worker was
transferred because the payroll should be tally for every project. To manage
this problem I call the supervisor and ask if that worker works in that project,
so I can have accurate payroll for that week. I took open conversation with the
supervisor, look for the possible reason why this worker transferred in another
project so I will be ready to answer my boss why the worker change of area.
After I confirmed that the worker work in that project I continue my payroll and
I have laytime to double check those things.
3- Do you have experience working in the Uk market?

Honestly, I don't have any experience with UK market. Hopefully, this will be
my first time to explore and learn.
4- Which one of these platforms do you have the most experience and skills
working with and what’s the difference between them? eBay, Shopify,
Etsy,Amazon, Onbuy,
Unfortunately, I don't have yet any experience with this platforms but I have
heard about Amazon and Shopify.
5- Give us an example of the time you dealt with an Ip complaint and what
actions you took to resolve it.
Honestly, I don't have experience with an Ip complaint.
6- When a customer files a false report by claiming the item was expired and
Amazon takes down the lsiting what the best action would you take and how
would you fix the issue? please come up with a plan of action and instructions
to tackle the issue.
First, I will ask the customer when he/she bought the items.
Second, I will ask for the clear picture of the expiration date.
Third, I will check when the item was delivered. how many days it took on the
market before it is being delivered.
Fourth, If the item claimed by customer was out of date or expire then I will
refund the charge but if the item is not yet expire and the customer took 6
months before she open I will discuss to her/him that the item he/she bought
was not expired when it is delivered to her.
7- We use apps/websites to monitor your performance and there will be a

weekly meeting to ensure everything goes ahead as planned.
8- What factors lead to sell on Amazon successfully?

The factors lead to sell on Amazon successfully should have effort to sell the
product, have list of items correctly, price should be competitive with others,
choose the correct and relevant pricing strategy and very important you
should have good customer service.
9- What categories do you believe is the easiest and most profitable to go in.
I believed the easiest and most profitable category to go in are Toys, cleaning
tools, Clothes & Shoes, Kitchen Tools
10- What categories would you say is the hardest with lots of returns and not
worth investing in?
I believed the hardest with lots of return and not worth investing is musical
instruments. Because we are now in digital world. There are instrument that
can be downloaded in mobile phones and we can make music out of it.
11- Whats the difference between dropshipping, wholesale, and arbitrage?

what are the pros and cons of each?
12- How do you analyse whether a product is worth investing in or not, how
much time does it need to find out and what websites do you carry out
research?
