I, Baby Halder W/O- Sanjay Yadav D/O- Biplob Halder aged about 25 years resident of Vill. Uttar Raipur, P.O.- Patiram, P.S.- Balurghat, Dist. Dakshin Dinajpur by Religion- Hindu, by Nationality- Indian, by Occupation- Grihasti do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows: - 1. That I am petitioner of this matri suit and Hindu Faith and governed by Hindu law. 2. That sanjay yadab is my husband and our marriage has been negotiated and solemnized on 19.10.2016 with our own will and choice according to our love marriage. 3. That after our marriage we have started to live as husband and wife together. 4. That during out conjugal life one male child was born on 30.07.2017 namely Prince Yadab now residing with me. 5. That after birth my child the O.P. created tortured upon me for my suspected character and always doubt for my character. 6. That not only that the O.P. wanted more dowry money towards me and my parents and when it was not fulfilment then he created tortured upon me more and more day by day. 7. That due to poverty my parents have no capacity to give more dowry money time to time for which I was subjected torture by the O.P. regularly. 8. That though I always tried to adjust with the O.P. for leading conjugal right but the O.P. always insult me with filthy languages and assaulted me mercilessly. 9. That the cause of action arose on and from 15.10.2017 when the O.P. assaulted me from my matrimonial house since then I have taken shelter at my parent’s house. 10. That since oust me the O.P. has not enquired me and my minor child and has not supply any maintenance towards us. 11. That finding no other alternative I have filed this petition before your honor for the cruelty manner and desertion by the O.P. 12. That the O.P. has not appeared in the court time to time so the case has been heard exparte by the Ld. Court. 13. That I am permanent resident under your honour’s jurisdiction and I have no collusion to file the petition. 14. That I am deposing this deposition for entitled to get a decree of divorce and entitled to get relief. 15. That the documents relating this petition has been submitted before the Ld. Court for your kind perusal and Consideration. 16. That the suit fees have been paid as per provisions of law.
