The extensive know-how and experience in delivering modular AEM electrolysers puts Enapter in a unique
position to take scalability and modularity to the next level and quickly upscale to MW sized systems using a
platform-based approach.
This strategy leverages a standardized, mass manufacturable AEM stack to deliver electrolysers of different
sizes.
Enapter is headquartered in Italy and Germany. We are currently focusing on expanding production capacity
and increasing R&D activities in both the Italian and Germany facility.
Enapter AG is publicly listed on the Frankfurt and Hamburg regulated Stock Exchanges, WKN: A255G0.

Redundancy
Should a stacks failure be determined, the corresponding string can be shut off and isolated. The rest of the
system can continue operating normally. In such a case, the isolated string in need of servicing can be safely
handled and maintained without stopping production of the remaining strings. The defective stack module, in
the isolated string, can then be easily replaced.
Upgradability
All AEM multi-core electrolysers can be initially equipped with a lower number of strings for a lower initial
hydrogen production rate. This approach will allow fast and cost-effective on-site upgradability.
